Seemingly bucking the current economic trend, the official launch of the £164 million expansion of ExCeL London took place last week. A nostalgic Robert Coren was there, catching up with Mayor of London Boris Johnson and ExCeL chief executive Kevin Murphy to ask them what this means for London, the UK and, of course, the events industry.
