Parkex International is claiming its best London show in a decade. The event, which targets the international parking community, took place at Earls Court on 26 and 27 April. Organiser Brintex saw record attendance with 1,347 delegates visiting the two-day show; a 38% increase on the last London show held at ExCeL.

"Parkex this year has been a fantastic success with a real increase in visitor attendance," said show director William Butler. "Earls Court provided an excellent central London location with great transport links right on its doorstep. Particularly pleasing was the high turnout of parking experts from the London Boroughs who attended in very large numbers over the two open days."

Earls Court and Olympia venues exhibition sales manager Kara Bowen said; "Parkex International 2006 was certainly a triumphant return to London for the show."
