London’s Commonwealth Club’s employees hail from 15 countries, which provides a wonderful cosmopolitan mix of talent and personalities, but also reflects a lack of skilled UK hospitality staff. The venue’s manager Shaun Whitehouse discusses staffing issues with Ian Whiteling.
