The Brewery has been named the number one performing Unique Venue in London by the Business Development Research Consultants (BDRC) for the period of April to June 2008.

The BDRC tracks the quality of customer service across venues through the use of test calls. The sales team at the Brewery were awarded a record score of 95.6%. This score is 18% higher than the Brewery's nearest competitor and
32.7% above the national average score. The rating is based on scores from areas such as; connection, service and delivery, manner and approach and follow up.

By using a third-party service such as BDRC, the Brewery ensures not only that enquiries are actively converted, but that staff training, knowledge and development is effective as well as maintaining a consistently high level of customer service, given to every client and enquiry.

"We have been using the BDRC for several years now,” said the Brewery’s general manager Claire Lawson. “it has become very important in tracking our progress and ensuring we deliver the best possible service."
