Lloyds TSB, one of the UK’s leading banks, has engaged Inntel to provide a Group-wide venue finding service for meeting and training rooms, seminars, and conferences and events.

Commenting on the deal, a Lloyds TSB spokesperson said: “We were looking for an agency that would get to know our business inside out and we are confident we have found that agency in Inntel. The team has demonstrated strong industry knowledge and an implementation programme that will dovetail perfectly across our organisation. We are optimistic that Inntel will provide a positive contribution to our business and hope to build a strong working relationship with them.”

Douglas O’Neill, managing director of Inntel, added: “We feel that our success is due to our ability to provide an adaptable service, which can be tailored precisely to our clients’ needs, coupled with our network of contacts across the venue and conferencing sector. Inntel’s preferential booking rates will also deliver considerable savings across the client’s account.”

He continued: “Inntel has experienced ongoing dynamic growth in the last several years and this win demonstrates that we are now regarded as an industry ‘big-hitter’. Our continuing growth will allow us to develop our client offering yet will enable us to maintain the integrity and personal service for which we are known.”
