London event catering firm Red Snapper Events was named Caterer of the Year at the recent International Special Events Society (ISES) Awards. The accolade recognises the high levels of expertise, customer service and meticulous planning of the Red Snapper Events brand.

The catering firm recently celebrated its fifth year on the event and party scene.  During this time the brand has become synonymous with providing premium restaurant quality food. This year Red Snapper has catered worked alongside clients including Aston Martin, Innocent and the S.Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurant Awards, as well as being the 2008 official caterers for Ian Fleming’s Bond Bound Exhibition.
