MPI has confirmed that it will be continuing its partnership of the Technology Village at EIBTM for the sixth year running.

Joyce Dogniez, MPI’s EMEA director of operations, said: “Keeping apace with developments in technology is vital for the meetings industry and our 23,000 worldwide members. The Technology Village @ EIBTM has gained an enviable reputation for exhibiting some of the most innovative and effective technology solutions for event and meeting planners. It is therefore particularly appropriate that MPI, as the global meetings industry community, continues to sponsor such an important initiative at the premier international event dedicated to the sector.

With five months to go before EIBTM, the organisers have announced that over 30 exhibitors have confirmed their attendance at the Technology Village, representing around a 20% increase at the same time last year.

EIBTM takes place from 2-4 December 2008 at Fira Gran Via, Barcelona, Spain.
