Exhibiting Show demonstrates the power of going mobile

This year’s Exhibiting Show will be showcasing the power and flexibility of mobile event venues, as Mobile Promotions’ Event Trailers and Structures is providing one of its state of the art trailer fleet as an exhibition seminar suite.  The 'temperature and environment' controlled conference suite will host a full programme of seminars for visitors on the exhibition floor.

The expandable trailer can house conference delegates comfortably at the exhibition, boasting the largest internal space of any trailer of its type in the UK, with a 7m by 10m interior space. The suite is designed to host high quality presentations and can be fitted with various displays, furniture, plasma screens, inbuilt staging systems, theatre-style seating and bar areas to create a perfectly controlled environment in which a comprehensive seminar programme can take place.

The trailer is also fitted with a hydraulic self-levelling system which adjusts to uneven ground automatically, creating a level surface within the trailer, this means that the unit and single operator can be ready for use in a matter of minutes rather than hours, ensuring it can be installed in the exhibition in less than an hour and at very low cost in comparison to normal seminar area build costs.

“For a few years now we have been focussing on supplying boutique trailers which have a huge variety of applications,” said managing director, Robin Carlisle. “As well as more traditional uses such as hospitality areas at outdoor events, the trailer can be transformed into a press office, seminar suite, training centre, back stage facility, restaurant, or anything that is essentially a mobile venue. It has been an extremely popular fixture at the Exhibiting Show in recent years and we hope that this innovative solution could expand to other exhibitions.”
