As technology becomes more prominent across the curriculum, so too does the relevance BETT has to anybody involved in the education sector.
From far and wide, those involved in education came in their masses, bringing with them ideas, questions, budgets and generally wanting share and talk more about their concerns, hopes and opportunities for the future of education.
Nearly 30,000 visitors descended upon London, Olympia for what has become the biggest and best technology in education show in the world. Taking place from the 9 -12 of January 2008 at London, Olympia, BETT 2008 promised to be a spectacular display of innovation, discussion, debate and ideas - visitors were not disappointed.
With strong emphasis on progression reports and technology being widely available for all, Jim Knight, Minister for Schools, DCSF, opened the show to a captivated audience.
