This year’s Exhibiting Show will be the biggest in the event’s four-year history, claim organiser Exposure Event Creations.

As the 2007 show opens its doors at its new home in Earls Court 2 on 26 and 27 June, it will have more than doubled in size since it was launched, the breadth of exhibiting companies will have grown extensively and it will also have an even greater international focus than ever before.

Exhibiting Show is the only event in the UK that provides solutions for marketers who want ideas for their next event.  This year there promises to be more than 160 companies showing everything from pop-up display systems, stand design and build services, graphics and audiovisual suppliers right through to the most sophisticated data collection technologies and experiential marketing techniques.

This year there are also a number of companies taking part for the first time, adding a much broader range of products and services to the show’s profile. Coopers Exhibitions, Dress Code UK, Event Feedback, Gallowglass, Fake Faces and Put Something Back will be exhibiting alongside established exhibitors such as Mayridge, Nimloc, Dimension8, Wildcard Creative, Brandmagic, Mobile Promotions, Octanorm UK and Storm Graphics to name only a few.

The international element of Exhibiting Show has also significantly increased this year. Since the last show, organiser Exposure Event Creations has promoted the event at a whole host of exhibitions in countries such as China, Germany, Greece, the US and South Africa. This has resulted in closer links with major international associations such as the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE), more international exhibitors than ever before and, equally importantly, additional opportunities to promote the show to international visitors.

In 2007, the IAEE will be using Exhibiting Show to run its professional development programme. This is the first time this will have taken place in the UK, offering visitors to the show a unique opportunity to add to their knowledge in a professional environment. The two-day, Certified in Exhibition Management (CEM) course will include an optional crisis prevention management element and a mandatory event operations course.

Commenting on the new partnership, Steven Hacker, president of the IAEE, said:  “Colocating IAEE’s highly acclaimed programme with Exhibiting Show makes enormous sense. The quality of the audience, and the demands upon everyone’s time, suggests that if we can combine opportunities to attend our course with visiting the show, all parties will benefit.”

In addition to the IAEE’s professional development programme, Exhibiting Show will also host its popular seminar programme again. This year, however, all of the seminars are free to attend, making it easier than ever for visitors to learn about effective live event and exhibiting techniques, as well as seeing products and services in action on the exhibition floor. And, for anyone wanting to catch up on last year’s seminar programme, audio recordings of all of the 2006 sessions are downloadable from Exhibiting Show’s website www.exhibitingshow.com.

“There has been a whirlwind of activity surrounding this year’s show,” said Exposure Event Creation’s managing director, Simon Burton. “We have broadened the spectrum of products and services on show, have added an important educational element, and have developed a number of new features. Whatever your industry, whatever your live event, just one day at Exhibiting Show 2007 will give you more ideas and opportunities than you could ever use!”
