The umbrella organisation for the three purpose-built training and conference centres and the conference park at The University of Warwick, Warwick Conferences, is celebrating winning two gold and one silver award at this year’s Meetings & Incentive Travel awards.

This is the second year running that Warwick Conferences has scooped gold for Best Academic Venue and Best Management Training Centre, and this year the venue organisation also won silver for Best Value for Money Conference Venue.

Held recently at the Novotel London West, the annual industry awards bring together the various sectors of the business, measuring market reaction in rewarding excellence of service and product. The evening also raised significant funds for Save the Children.

“Winning three awards is a huge achievement for Warwick Conferences and is an excellent start to 2008,” said Alan Robinson, director of training and conference centres at Warwick Conferences. “Our commitment to ensuring great service to our clients is a continuing one, and we aim to achieve even higher standards in the future, improving our facilities and expertise in an ongoing process.

“I look forward to seeing the continuing success of Warwick Conferences in the future and extend my thanks and congratulations to the dedicated teams that contributed to such achievements.”
