IMEX 07 will see ExCeL London launch Association Plus, its new marketing support package, which offers assistance to associations in marketing the appeal of the capital and ExCeL London to potential delegates.

The package targets organisers of large, international association meetings and aims to help them attract higher delegate attendances, through better promotion of the overall event destination. It will include ready-to-use marketing material and online tools, as well as information on a range of added-value services available to delegates at the venue and within the immediate area.

Vanessa Cotton: "An important and growing
part of our business"

“Association meetings are a very important and growing part of our business and we want our clients to fully realise their events’ success in London, by helping them to increase attendance through better representation of the city and the venue,” said Vanessa Cotton, ExCeL London's managing director, Conference and Events division.

Designed as a bespoke and complimentary service exclusively for ExCeL London’s association clients, the details of the password-protected package will be available to access online via ExCeL London’s sales department. Representatives from ExCeL London will be offering previews of the package on the Visit London stand (F400) during IMEX.
