Hotel Bookers International has announced the creation of the Meetings Management Forum (MMF), a senior management event that will discuss trends and opinion on corporate procurement policy. The forum will take place on 8 July at De Vere Venues Canary Wharf and will feature a keynote speaker from Deutsche Bank.

The MMF will welcome some of the most high-profile corporate businesses operating in the UK market and will be open to heads of procurement and senior industry executives. Shawn Radek, global head of meetings at Deutsche Bank, will open the forum with a session on developing a global meetings programme.

"It's rare to get such senior meetings procurement personnel talking directly to key decision makers in the industry," commented Des Mclaughlin, managing director of HBI. “The Meetings Management Forums' will present a unique opportunity for senior management to discuss, debate and share best practice and trends.”

HBI will host the event and findings will be shared with the industry to both reflect and dictate forthcoming trends.
