Circle of Excellence is the name ExCeL London has given to its newly created forum , which aims to get key industry buyers to debate current and future trends and set best practice for the meetings and events industry. The first forum will take place on 11 May, with the topic of Does London Provide Value for Money?.

ExCeL's Vanessa Cotton: "Our buyers are key to our success"

The advisory panel will meet three to four times a year for a ‘round table’ discussion, giving the venue the opportunity to engage with buyers, suppliers, professional conference organisers and industry commentators. At each meeting a recognised industry facilitator will be invited to direct the meeting.

Vanessa Cotton, ExCeL London’s managing director, conference and events, said: “Our buyers are the key to our success. We believe that they are the best people to advise us on current industry trends and opinion.  We encourage client feedback in order to help us move our business forward.”
