IMEX 2006, the global exhibition for corporate meetings and incentive travel, is in full swing in Hall 8 of Messe Frankfurt and runs until 1 June.

There are forecast to be over 3,400 buyers at the show, as well as 3,000 exhibitors, promoting a wide variety of venues, products and services. The buyers come from a diverse range of sectors to meet with national and regional tourist offices, convention and visitor bureaus, hotels, conference centres and event management specialists.

The exhibition provides a great way to investigate a broad range of event and incentive travel options under one roof to see if they are suitable for your company, including destinations you may never have considered, such as Dundee and Angus in Scotland, whose convention bureau is attending IMEX for the first time this year.

Last year’s event united more than 12,000 industry professionals from around the world, including representatives of the 3,000 exhibiting companies from 140 countries who filled 15,000 square metres of exhibition space.
