The 2007 EIBTM Meeting and Incentive Industry Awards will close to entries after 15 August 2007. The awards recognise the contribution, creativity and dedication of a meeting and incentive professional and will once again reward excellence, innovation, creativity and skill across all events and marketing campaigns.

This year marks the introduction of the new Best Special Event category aimed at finding the most “imaginative and impactful standalone event”.

The full list categories include:
 
• Best Special Event
• Best Conference (above 250 participants)
• Best Conference (below 250 participants)
• Best Product Launch
• Best Incentive Programme
• Best Marketing Campaign

Any type of event or marketing campaign falling under incentive travel, conference and meetings or corporate events is eligible for entry and awards are open to in-house as well as external agencies. The event, product launch, conference, incentive programme or marketing campaign must have run, taken place or finished between the dates of 1 July 2006 to 30 June 2007 to be viable for entry.

EIBTM will take place from 27 to 29 November 2007, in Barcelona at Fira Gran Via.
