With interactivity being the key to many a successful internal event, audience engagement specialist, LiveInteractive, has enhanced its bespoke system to maximise delegate and employee interaction at meetings, conference breakout sessions and training workshops.

More open and closed question formats have been added to maximise data yield; documents, presentations and movie files can be sent directly to the system for discussion; customisable branding is available on the user interface; and brainstorming functionality has been added to assist with group working.

The LiveInteractive system combines purpose built software with touch screen technology in a single lightweight tablet. The system can accommodate both individual delegates and groups. Views and opinions can be analysed instantly from the system and displayed on presentation screens at the front of the forum and collated into post-event reports.

“Maintaining audience attention spans and encouraging participation are key issues at any external and internal meeting or conference,” said Toby Lewis, managing director at LiveInteractive. “Capturing spontaneous opinions and ideas is also critical in maximising event value. The LiveInteractive system has been specifically built to address these issues and will be continually updated to serve the evolving needs of stakeholders and publics across industry.”
