Twickenham Experience has launched an intelligent online enquiry system that will provide visitors with an easier way of making detailed conference and event enquiries, speeding up response times and service quality.The new product, Meetingbroker, allows Twickenham Experience to incorporate online enquiries into its conference and banqueting section of the website, so potential clients can send detailed event enquiries more quickly and easily. Enquiries are then sent directly into the event management sales system with a guaranteed maximum response time of eight hours.
David Wright, brand marketing manager at Twickenham Experience, said: “The new system is designed to cut unnecessary admin and reduce waiting time for our customers, allowing them to quickly ascertain how Twickenham can add value to their event.”
